  The Beginning Vancouver Pizza Kitchen , often dubbed as  VPK  by its loyal patrons, began its journey in 2022. Founded by the Dhami couple, Moan Dhami and Jag Dhami, who shared a passion for creating the perfect pizza, the idea was born out of countless late-night discussions and pizza-tasting sessions. Mona, an experienced chef, had spent years perfecting her pizza dough recipe, while Jag, a savvy entrepreneur, had a knack for business and marketing. Together, they aimed to bring an authentic yet innovative pizza experience to the clients all over Canada. Their first Vancouver Pizza Kitchen location was a small, cozy pizzeria in the neighborhood of Surrey. With its open kitchen concept, customers could watch their pizzas being handcrafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
